This is an extremely challenging time for all of us, we have found strength, support and encouragement in our communities. Please stay in touch with your friends, families and immediate community and ask for help if you need it. Below are some useful contacts that can offer advice and support:

Safeguarding 

If you have any safeguarding or child protection concerns regarding a student who attends Blaise High during the schools closure please email lgreenwood@blaisehighschool.co.uk.  If the concern you have is urgent please ring First Response: 0117 90306444.

School Counsellor 

If you would like to speak to Anne Duke our school counsellor either on the phone or through Zoom please email me and I will arrange for this to happen. lgreenwood@blaisehighschool.co.uk

Tess is run by Self Injury Support, TESS is a text and email service for women and girls in the UK affected by self-harm. 07800472908 Open Sunday – Friday 7pm-9pm.

Off The Record OTR isn't just a charity providing mental health services, it's a mental health movement mobilised to support, promote and defend the mental health, rights and social position of young people.

NHS Choices – Young People and Mental Health - An information hub offering help and advice on mental health problems including depression and, anxiety and stress.
